Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

  • Your Best is Local Discount Card is not valid until you have completed registration and received a confirmation email from Best is Local. Once valid you will be entitled to claim your discounts from amongst the named partner businesses, listed on the Best is Local website and app. You will receive 3 months FREE membership and then, if, you wish to continue your membership, you are required to set up a monthly payment of £5, to commence 3 months from sign up date. Membership fee can be set up on the Best is Local members app.
  • You will receive, £1.00 of loyalty reward points, for every £10.00 you spend in one of the Best is Local partner businesses or via the Best is Local website and app.
  • You must present your Best is Local Discount Card, your Best is Local member app, or your membership number, to the business in order to obtain the price discounts and register the value of your spend to acquire your rewards points. Failure to do so will result in you losing those points.
  • If lost or damaged, a replacement Discount Card can be produced, however, a £10 admin fee will be charged.
  • When claiming Best is Local Discounts, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer at the partner business.
  • Our entire liability shall not in any event exceed the total amount paid by you to us.
  • If you enter into any agreement with a partner business in respect of the provision of any services and/or goods, any losses or liability arising out of or in connection with such agreement shall be the relevant partner business’s liability. We do not provide you with any warranty for any services and/or goods from partner business.
  • We accept no liability for bad experiences (in relation to the provision of services and/or goods) from any partner business and we will not be involved with any dispute between you and a partner business.
  • If you wish to cancel a Best is Local Discount Package, please call Best is Local on 020 8429 5259 within 14 days of purchase and, providing you have not used any of the discount package(s) you will receive a full refund once the discount package (certificate) has been returned. Please post your Certificate with a covering letter to: Best is Local Ltd, Rourke House, Watermans Business Park, Staines upon Thames, TW18 3BA.
  • If you wish to cancel your Best is Local Discount Card, please call Best is Local on 020 8429 5259 and cancel your membership fee via your Best is Local app.

Refund & Returns Policy

Please call Best is Local on 020 8429 5259 within 14 days of purchase and, providing you have not used the product or service, you will receive a full refund once the product or voucher has been returned. Any products must be returned in the same condition as purchased otherwise a refund will not be available. The product or voucher must be returned within 14 days of purchase to: Best is Local Ltd, Rourke House, Watermans Business Park, Staines upon Thames, TW18 3BA.  

Replacement Policy

Please call Best is Local on 020 8429 5259 as soon as you receive your product if it is faulty and return the product within 14 days of purchase to: Best is Local Ltd, Rourke House, Watermans Business Park, Staines upon Thames, TW18 3BA .  A replacement product will be despatched free of charge upon receipt of the original product.
